Adesina IBIKUNLE (FCA)
MANAGING PARTNER
Mr. Adesina Ibikunle is a dynamic professional accountant and tax practitioner with accounting and tax practice experience of close to two decades.
He holds a National Diploma in Accountancy (Distinction) from the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro and a Bachelors’ degree in Accounting (Second class upper) from the University of Ilorin. He holds a Fellowship Certificate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) having practiced for over a decade.
He is purpose-driven and goal oriented. He has been involved in the audit of small, medium, and large-scale organization both in the private and public sector of the Nigerian Economy. He has led other professionals on engagements such as Statutory Audit, Consultancy, Tax Audit, Financial Advisory, Verification Assignments, Financial review, Due diligence review, Business valuation and Debt Recovery exercise among others. He also facilitates training and implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS).
He has led several team of auditors to conduct statutory audits of different organizations including Lagos State Universal Education Board LSUBEB (2011 to 2013); Adeyemi College of Education, Ondo (2014 to 2016) and National Social Safety Nets Coordination Office (NASSCO), Abuja (2021 to 2022). He was at a time consultant to the Federal Inland revenue where he led the tax audit team to carry out the tax audit of public corporations such as Lagos State Government, Ogun State Government, Ondo State Government, Ekiti State Government, Oyo State Government and Osun State Government (covering the State Treasury Offices and all the States Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs). Several billions of naira were recovered in unremitted taxes.
His exploits were also felt in the private sector where he piloted the tax audit of big corporations like ECOBANK Nigeria Limited, Access Bank Plc, Unity Bank Plc, Citibank Nigeria Limited, Airtel Nigeria Limited, Total Nigeria Plc, Total Exploration and Production Nigeria Limited and Nigeria Agip Exploration Limited, among others. As an accountant in public practice, he has helped clients to make significant savings in taxes and operational costs through effective and efficient tax and business management principles using his technical and interpersonal skills. Key clients that have been served and still being served include Guardian Nigeria Limited, Intertel Nigeria Limited, OGC Foods and Beverages Limited, KS Energy Nigeria Limited, Coastwise Limited, to mention just a few.
Mr. Samuel Abolade is an effective team player and enthusiastic professional accountant, auditor, cooperative account manager, a tutor and tax practitioner. He has been on the corridor of accountancy profession for over seven years.
He holds a National Diploma in Accountancy (Upper Credit) from the Ondo State Polytechnic (now Rufus Giwa Polytechnic), Owo, Ondo State and a Bachelors’ degree in Accounting Education (Second class upper) from the University of Ado-Ekiti,(Now Ekiti State University, EKSU), Ekiti, Nigeria. He is an associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He is a licensed auditor and member of Lagos State Cooperative Federation Account Manager (LASCAM).
He has been involved in the audit of small, medium, and large-scale organization both in the private and public sector of the Nigerian Economy. He has led other professionals on engagements such as Statutory Audit, Consultancy, Fixed Assets Verification Assignments, Inventory Reconciliation, Debt Recovery Exercise among others.
He has worked as an Accountant for some Nigerian Companies and at one time led a department of finance and account of a manufacturing company. He was among the team of auditors to conduct statutory audits of different organizations including National Social Safety Nets Coordination Office (NASSCO), Abuja (2022). He was once a tutor for ICAN examinations where he prepared students for professional examination in Taxation and Financial Reporting.
Mr. Adetayo Joseph (ACA, ACTI)
Mr. Joseph Adetayo is a seasoned professional accountant and tax practitioner with over eight years of extensive experience in accounting and tax practice. He holds a National Diploma in Accountancy from the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Ekiti State University. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
A purpose-driven and goal-oriented professional, Mr. Adetayo has been instrumental in auditing small, medium, and large-scale organizations across Nigeria’s private and public sectors. He has successfully led teams on diverse engagements, including statutory audits, consultancy, tax audits, financial advisory services, verification assignments, financial reviews, due diligence, business valuations, and debt recovery exercises.
Mr. Adetayo specializes in facilitating training and implementing International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) ensuring seamless adoption for clients. His expertise also extends to managing tax units across various industries, including telecommunications, manufacturing, trading, and services, within Sub-Saharan Africa.
Notably, he served as a recovery consultant to prominent organizations such as the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation Ltd., National Pension Commission, Industrial Training Fund, and the Federal Inland Revenue Service. His efforts contributed to the recovery of several billions of naira and dollars in unremitted taxes and contributions.
As a passionate educator, Mr. Adetayo is a seasoned tutor in Taxation, Advanced Taxation, and Principles of International Taxation. He prepares students for ICAN, CITN, and Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT) examinations, equipping them with the knowledge to excel in their professional careers.
UWAIFOH LAWRENCE EHINON
Mr. Uwaifoh Lawrence: is a seasoned professional accountant and tax practitioner, who started his career at Ernst & Young International Consulting (EY).
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration (Second class upper) from the Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Calabar. He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountant and also a senior member of Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management and has over fifteen years of professional practice.He is dedicated to goals and diligence driven.
He has been involved in the audit of small, medium and large scale organizations both in the private and public sector of the Nigerian Economy. He has led many professional engagements such as statutory audits, due diligence, financial review, financial advisory, verification assignments, tax audit, business valuation, investigation assignments, debt recovery, etc.
He was an active player in the private sector audit of big Corporate organizations like MRS Oil & Gas, Bollore Group of Companies, Olam group of Companies, Fidelity Bank plc., FCMB Plc., Sterling Bank plc., Skye Bank plc., AB Microfinance Bank, Ark Insurance Group, Credit Direct Finance Company Limited, CMA Shipping, Hullblight Shipping etc. He has led and been involved in the conduct of statutory audits of different public and international organizations including Family Health International (FHI), Independent National Electoral Commission( INEC), British Airway (BA) etc.
His vast tax experience has also been felt in the private sector by leading tax engagements of companies like Mainone Nigeria Limited, Mantrac Nigeria Limited, Guardian Newspapers Limited, Bollore Group of Companies, Berger Paints Plc. etc.
